Drop Down Menu - Directors

1. Business Plan

  • WHAT
    This is the template for your Business Plan
    It is linked to modules which will assist with Goal Setting, Strategies, Tactics and Action (plus KPI setting)
    It is also linked to the Sales and Marketing Module
  •  WHO
    It is normally used by Directors of the Company but can also be used by people assigned to work with/for the Directors
  • WHY
    This is the overall ‘go forward’ operational plan for the company
  • WHEN
    Normally reviewed on a yearly basis, Tranzparent Software can be updated at any time, daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or yearly. Up to date when needed for Directors Meetings or any other important requirements
  • How
    Start at the Dashboard and move to the Drop Down Menu Planning, Click on Planning and you will find Business Plan under Directors. Click Business Plan to move that section. Open your Business Plan here or load a New Business Plan by following instructions.
  • NB: If you are entering any data into the tables in the Business Plan and you wish to add rows underneath, highlight one of the words in the lowest row and right click on your mouse or pad to bring up options on adding to the table. You will see add row underneath there.

2. Sales and Marketing

  • WHAT
    This is the essential tool required for generating income within your business.
    It is a modular design utilising your Goals, strategies, Tactics and Action. In other words, how you are going to do it
    It is linked to the Business Plan to provide Directors and connected parties to view income generating pathways for the future
  • WHO
    It is normally used by Directors of the Company but can also be used by people assigned to work with/for the Directors
  • WHY
    Sales and Marketing requires a planned approach to instigate successful strategies and tactics and keep them, enhance them and if they aren’t working, cancel them
  • WHEN
    Like the Tranzparent Business Plan, the Sales and Marketing section updates on an instant basis (when you use it) and can be reviewed whenever
  • HOW
    Start at the Dashboard and move to the Drop Down Menu ,click on Planning, click on Sales and Marketing and it will take you to the Sales and Marketing module
    This is a module based system using clear goals, strategies, Tactics, Actions and if required Key performance Indicators in the form of timelines and Deadlines.

3. Information Technology (IT)

  • WHAT
    This assists the software user to plan for any Information Technology issue that affects or will affect the company. It will keep the user up to speed on future technological changes and direction
  • WHO
    It is normally used by Directors of the Company but can also be used by people assigned to work with/for the Directors
  • WHY
    The link between the use of software and planning is important. This will provide possible synergy of systems and technological understanding for all parties, including collaborating with your IT Consultant
  • WHEN
    This will enable the user of the software to plan the next IT review, ensure systems are safeguarded or keep up with technology. It will allow your IT Consultant to be part of your planning process if deemed appropriate
  • HOW
    Start at the Dashboard and move to the Drop Down Menu, click on Planning, click on IT Planning and you will be taken to the IT Planning module

3. Risk Management (Part of Contingency Planning)

  • WHAT
    This will connect you to your Risk Management  based on a modular system.
  • WHO
    In this case, Risk Management set up by the Directors of the company for indemnifying the company or its individuals
  • WHY
    The continuum of a company requires a Risk Management . Being linked to the Contingency Plan, it is but one of the devices available to protect the company and link to other parts of that Contingency Plan which is part of the Business Plan
  • WHEN
    The Risk Management  should be reviewed annually and updated when appropriate. This will be in line with the overall Contingency Plan
  • HOW
    Start at the Dashboard and move to the Drop Down Menu, click Planning, click Risk Management and you will be taken to your Risk Management planning module

4. Financial Management

  • WHAT
    This will connect you to your Financial Management  based on the modular system
  • WHO
    This is available for the Directors or approved users to assist in planning for the Financial Management of the Company
  • WHY
    It is intended for proper Financial Management, drawing on Accounting Software and forecasting as used in the Business Plan
  • WHEN
    This can be used any time during the year, In and out of the taxation financial year, present and past and for planning into the future.
  • HOW
    Start at the Dashboard and move to Drop Down Menu, click Planning, click Financial Management and you will be taken to your Financial Management planning module

5. Directors Meeting

  • WHAT
    This is the area where information can be made available for your Directors Meeting
  • WHO
    Chair and Directors of the Board and approved participants
  • WHY
    This is the technical section of the Software that will underline the correct Governance within the company
  • WHEN
    Board of Directors meetings are often held every three months but the use of this software can mean that meetings can be called at any time with relevant operational information available at any time
  • HOW
    Start at the Dashboard and Drop Down Menu, click Planning, click Directors Meeting and you will be taken to your Directors Meeting planning module
