Drop Down Menu – Operational

1. Accounting Software

  • WHAT
    This is the link to your accounting software
  • WHO
    The user of the software or anybody who is given permission by the user
  • WHY
    Accounting Software will provide historical data on performance to date and may also include other administrative tools and accounting planners.
  • WHEN
    Accounting software can be used when required and also in collaboration with Strategic Planning Software
  • HOW
    Move to the Drop Down Menu on the Dashboard click Operational, at the top of the menu, you will see the word 'None' or your Accounting Software of choice listed
    If the Accounting Software is listed, click and you will be taken to your login page
    If the word 'None' shows, follow the steps below:
    To load the appropriate Accounting Software Provider Connection, move down to Company Settings on the same Drop Down Menu and then move to Customisation. Enter the required data into the fields listed as 'Accounting Program' and  'Accounting Program Link' andyour preferred Accounting Software Provider will be available
    Move back to the Drop Down Menu, click Operational and you will see your Accounting Software. Click on the Accounting Software named and you will be taken to the login page

2. Contacts

  • WHAT
    This is the link to your most important Business contact
  • WHO
    The user of the software or anybody who is given permission by the user
  • WHY
    Each Company will have a key contact which they communicate online with most often
  • WHEN
    If and when contact is required on line
  • HOW
    Move to the Drop Down Menu on the Dashboard and click Operational, if you see your Key Contact, click on the name and you will be taken to their Website.
    If you see the word 'Contacts', no Key Contact has been loaded
    To load a Contact move down to Company Settings on the same Drop Down Menu and then move to Customisation. Enter the required data into the fields listed as 'Custom Program Title' and 'Custom Program Link' and your Key Contact will be available
    Move back to the Drop Down Menu, click Operational and you will see your Key Contact. Click on the Key Contact named and you will be taken to the Website

3. Contacts

  • WHAT
    This is intended to provide a link to your frequent and important work contacts
  • WHO
    The user of the software or anybody who is given permission by the user
  • WHY
    To connect with the other important members of your ‘team’
  • WHEN
    At your discretion, when you need to interact with your contacts
  • HOW
    Simply activate by holding the curser over the drop down entry item and the appropriate window will open

4. Alerts

  • WHAT
    If you have set deadlines for a Goal, KPI’s and reminders, the software will provide an alert
  • WHO
    The alerts will be provided for the users that set the Goals, KPI’s or reminders
  • WHY
    It is important to track progress on business operations
  • WHEN
    When the Goal is set and also when deadline, KPI or reminder is required to be seen
  • HOW
    As above, this is an auto function that can be manipulated within the modular structure of the software. Alerts can be found on the Dashboard page

5. Key Dates and Deadlines

  • WHAT
    This provides Key Performance Indicator dates and deadlines for completion of Goals and projects
  • WHO
    The user of the software and anyone else invited to see the information by the User
  • WHY
    Essential for keeping the business on track and striving towards completed goals in a timely fashion
  • WHEN
    Can be set when the Goal is entered onto the software but normally used for Key Performance Indicators when Action plan is set
  • HOW
    Move curser over Planning Drop Down menu; Hit Business Plan; Add a New Goal; Deadline will appear for your use

6. Company Settings

  • WHAT
    This is the area to post vital Company information
  • WHO
    Inserted by the User of the software
  • WHY
    This is a technical action required by the issuer of the software and for the User’s usage
  • WHEN
    At the start of the software usage

HOW
Move to the Drop Down Menu and then move curser to ‘Operational’;  and move to Company Settings. There are several functions within this window using a Drop Down Menu. The functions are:
 - Company Details
 - Logo
 - Customisation (where your Accounting Software can be loaded - go to Dashboard, click Operational and click Company Settings. Insert Accounting Software Name and underneath insert Website or login page details. The next fields allow for your Key Contact details to be inserted - go to Custom Program Title and add the name of your most frequent on line Contact and place Website details underneath
These two links will now automatically appear in your software

Shareholders (where you can post current shareholders)
Security (Where you can invite further specific type users into your licensed software)
